Payment Schedule

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

The remaining amount is to be paid 7 day(s) before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €400 is due.

Notes

All bookings are made in Euro. Payments can be done directly on the website by card via Stripe or via Paypal, If you prefer to pay via bank transfer please send us an email  and we can send you the bank info and necessary payment details. 

If balance is not paid 7 days before your arrival date, the booking is cancelled and you forfeit the 50% deposit.

Prices shown contain all taxes, including tourist tax. No additional fees are to be charged, except for the 400 euros security deposit, which we will retain in cash at check-in and return in cash at check-out, provided no damages incurred during your stay.

Pets are allowed by request with a cleaning fee of 100 euros per pet/per stay.
