La nostra villa di lusso contemporanea di 250 mq con piscina, squisitamente progettata, è costruita su un terreno di 660 mq nell'incantevole villaggio di pescatori di Vinišče, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a soli 30 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Spalato.
Mar Escape Villa Croatia può ospitare fino a 8 persone in 4 camere da letto con bagno privato (più un mezzo bagno nell'area comune), un'ampia zona soggiorno e pranzo con cucina a vista, più una griglia esterna e una zona pranzo/intrattenimento e una piscina lunga 14 m.
Tutte le stanze sono inondate di luce naturale, grazie alle grandi vetrate a tutta altezza che aprono l'interno alla splendida vista sul mare, rispettivamente al giardino, all'area prendisole e alla piscina (che sono tutte posizionate in modo conveniente per la massima privacy).

COME RAGGIUNGERCI
In aereo: siamo a soli 20 km dall'aeroporto di Spalato (il secondo aeroporto più grande della Croazia, dopo Zagabria). L'aeroporto di Zara è a 1 ora e 30 minuti di distanza. Possiamo organizzare il trasferimento da entrambi gli aeroporti, per la tua comodità.
In auto: se arrivi dall'autostrada A1 da Zagabria, esci a Sibenik o se arrivi da Spalato, esci a Prgomet. Poi seguite la strada costiera e a Marina seguite le indicazioni per Vinišće (inserite l'indirizzo Bumbaci 10 Vinišće sul vostro GPS).
Via mare: traghetti notturni collegano Spalato ad Ancona, Italia e possiamo organizzare il trasferimento di 1 ora da Spalato alla villa.
