Booking & Payments

Where can I find the daily rates and booking conditions?

All rates, availability, and booking conditions are published on our website. Each page includes a detailed description of the villa, location, facilities, and photos. Mar Escape reserves the right to update prices and information without prior notice; however, changes never affect already confirmed reservations. In the event of a price error or omission, we reserve the right to correct it.

What is included in the price of accommodation?

The accommodation price includes water, gas, electricity, internet, pool and outdoor maintenance, as well as the use of bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and standard appliances/equipment. Mar Escape is not in the VAT system, so prices do not include VAT. Extra services (for example: daily cleaning, private chef, transfers) are charged separately and confirmed upon request.

What is the procedure for arranging and booking accommodation?

Booking Mar Escape Villa is made via the booking option on our website. Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age. You can contact us by phone or email for information, but reservations are confirmed through the booking process. When booking, please enter the correct number of guests (maximum 8). You are responsible for providing accurate details.

A non-refundable 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival must be paid in full. A €400 refundable damage deposit is paid in cash on arrival. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

What if I am late with paying the deposit or the remaining amount?

The deposit must be paid within 2 (two) working days, during which your selected dates are temporarily blocked in our system. If we do not receive the deposit within this period, the reservation is automatically cancelled and the dates become available again. If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, the booking is treated as a cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.

How can I cancel the accommodation?

All cancellations must be notified in writing.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount paid (deposit and balance) is forfeited.

Mar Escape will only cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. In that case, we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation is limited to the amount paid to us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal. All payments are made in EUR (the official currency in Croatia). For bank transfers, guests are responsible for any transfer or exchange fees charged by their bank.

No. You have full, exclusive use of the villa and all facilities.
Check-in starts at 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Full private use of the pool, indoor and outdoor lounges, kitchen, BBQ kitchen, washer-dryer, and more.
Yes — hotel-quality bed linen, towels, and large pool towels are included.
All beds are 180×200 cm with premium British hotel-style mattresses.
Yes — utensils, cookware, dishes, glassware, and basic spices are provided.
Yes — private transfers are available from Split, Zadar, Dubrovnik, and Zagreb (upon request).
There is no permanent staff on-site. Chef, housekeeping, driver, and massage services can be arranged at an additional cost.
We resolve issues quickly. If anything comes up during your stay, contact us and we’ll assist right away.
Food is not included. A pre-arrival shopping service is available upon request (fee applies).
Yes — a DeLonghi bean-to-cup machine with milk frother, plus a Nespresso pods machine.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted.
Minor breakages are not charged. Major damage may be deducted from the damage deposit.
