Do we share the villa with other guests?
No. You have full, exclusive use of the villa and all facilities.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am.
What facilities can we use at the villa?
Full private use of the 48 sqm pool, indoor/outdoor lounges, kitchen, BBQ, washer-dryer, and more.
Are linen and towels provided?
Yes — hotel-quality bed linen, towels, and large pool towels are included.
What are the beds like?
All beds are 180×200 cm with premium British hotel-style mattresses.
Are kitchen utensils provided?
Yes — utensils, cookware, dishes, glassware, and basic spices are provided.
Is airport transfer available?
Yes — private transfers are available from Split, Zadar, Dubrovnik, and Zagreb.
Is there any staff at the villa?
No permanent staff — but chef, housekeeping, driver, and massage services are available.
What happens if we have a problem during our stay?
We live one hour away and resolve issues quickly.
Is food included in the villa price?
Food is not included. A €50 pre-arrival shopping service is available.
Does the villa have a coffee maker?
Yes — Rivelia by DeLonghi bean machine with milk frother, as well as a Nespresso pods machine.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed indoors; outdoor smoking is permitted.
What happens if something gets damaged?
