Where can I find the daily rates and booking conditions?

All info about bookings are published on our website, and a detailed description of the content, location and price is given, including photos of the villa.

MAR ESCAPE reserves the right to change the price list of services and information without prior notice on the website. However, the change in the price list of an Accommodation and services will in no way affect the already made reservations and / or arranged Accommodation.

In the event of a price error or any other omission, MAR ESCAPE reserves the right to adjust prices or make any other corrections.

What is included in the price of Accommodation?

The price of the accommodation includes the costs of water, gas, electricity, internet, maintenance of the pool and outdoor space, as well as the use of bed linen, towels and kitchen towels, appliances and the like. MAR ESCAPE is not in the VAT system, so prices do not include VAT.

Services that are charged extra will be communicated by MAR ESCAPE, if you make a request for extra services (such as daily cleaning, chef, transfers etc.)

What is the procedure for arranging and booking Accommodation?

Booking Mar Escape Villa is done exclusively via the Booking option on our website. Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age. It is possible to obtain information by telephone or by email, but not to make a reservation of an Accommodation.

Please note that when booking, you are required to provide the number of guests, which must not exceed the maximum prescribed conditions of the villa (8 persons). Please note that you are responsible for providing us with accurate and true data. If you do not provide accurate and true data, you are responsible for all costs, i.e. consequences arising from the provided inaccurate data.

Upon confirming the offer valid for the selected period, MAR ESCAPE will send you an offer for payment with the listed non-refundable advance amount to your email address. Advance payment amount is included in the price of Accommodation.

A non-refundable 30% deposit of the holiday cost is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival date must be paid in full. An additional 400€ refundable damage deposit will be paid in cash on arrival.

The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the commencement of your holiday.

What if I am late with paying the advance payment or the remaining amount?

You are obliged to pay the amount of the advance within 2 (two) workdays - during which your selected days are blocked in our system for you, otherwise the reservation is automatically cancelled and the selected days are again publicly available for booking.

If the balance is not received by the due date, then the holiday will be treated as a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeit and your selected days will again be publicly available for booking.

How can I cancel the Accommodation after having paid the advance payment or the remaining amount?

All cancellations must be notified in writing. We do not offer refunds.

Will I receive a refund of the advance payment or the remaining amount for the Accommodation in case of cancellation?

If you cancel your holiday more than 30 days before holiday start, then your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel your holiday less than 30 days before holiday starts, then all sum paid (deposit and balance) is
forfeit.

Your booking will not be cancelled by MAR ESCAPE except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.

What are the terms of payment by bank transfer and can I pay by credit card?

You can pay the accommodation by bank transfer. Please be reminded that you are responsible to all supplementary costs for the transfer (e.g. currency exchange rates etc.). All customers are required to pay in Euro(EUR), which is the official currency in Croatia.
Credit card payment is not possible at this moment, but it will be possible in the near future.
